Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the ColgateInvestment platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ColgateInvestment platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ColgateInvestment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
  • You are not located in a jurisdiction where crypto investment services are prohibited.

3. Account Registration

To access investment features, you must create an account and complete identity verification (KYC). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

ColgateInvestment reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate these Terms.

4. Investment Plans

ColgateInvestment offers tiered investment plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum) with stated monthly ROI percentages. These stated returns are targets based on our trading strategy performance and are not guaranteed. Actual returns may vary. By investing, you acknowledge:

  • Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable.
  • Past performance of any plan does not guarantee future results.
  • You may lose part or all of your invested capital.
  • ROI figures are estimates and may be adjusted at any time.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits are made in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin or USDT ERC20) and require admin approval before funds are credited to your account. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval. ColgateInvestment reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, compliance issues, or system maintenance.

6. Identity Verification (KYC)

Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. You must submit your full legal name and a clear image of a government-issued ID. ColgateInvestment reserves the right to request additional documentation and to reject or revoke verification at its discretion.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for any of the following:

  • Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other user accounts.
  • Providing false identity or KYC information.
  • Using automated tools to access or scrape the Platform.
  • Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform.

8. Fees

ColgateInvestment does not currently charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, blockchain network transaction fees (gas fees) are the responsibility of the user. We reserve the right to introduce fees with reasonable prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColgateInvestment and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment capital, arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Platform Availability

ColgateInvestment does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, upgrades, or suspend the Platform at any time without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

ColgateInvestment reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international financial regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ColgateInvestment is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
